
I use to use creatine plus but not any more. The first reason why I stop using it was because its creatine mono. Mono gives you the infamous bloat the reason is because its inefficent. Mono are not "strong" enough to get into your muscle so some stays outside of the muscle which cause the bloat. The 2nd thing was the other amino acid. Most of it you can find it else where or its in the 100% whey protien. Amplified creatine 189 is alot better(no bloat and it works) Its also have very container so it doesn't last long and at around $25-30 a piece you will run out quickly.
