Recommended First off, I didn't even want to buy this. I was in GNC buying my protein when there was a sale going on. I would've passed this up because of the price. I was offered a discount on it to try because it was close to the expiration date and of course there was a sale. So, I figured I'd give it a try. I have to say, I was not disappointed. I'm not easily influenced by advertisements or promotions. This actually works. I took the pre workout pills and about 20 minutes later I felt a tiny bit energetic. I started working out and I got pumped so fast! The pump was amazing. I took these with Jack3d and without Jack3d. Either way, you will feel an intense urge to keep working out, concentrating on each rep and loving every second you're in the gym. The pills don't taste disgusting. Actually, they have a nice coating on the outside so it's pleasant to down. It also encourages you to drink a lot of water before the gym. After the gym, you take the post training pak. It's also easy to swallow and tastes good. The next day I noticed that I wasn't as sore as I usually was. If you get a chance to try this product, I would highly recommend it.
The only downsides are that there are lots of pills in the beginning and even more in the end of the workout. However, if you are good with taking pills then it won't be a problem. Lots of water is the key. If this is on sale or you just want to try something that works, try this out. I highly doubt you will be disappointed!
Pros:
Cons:
  • Lasts A While
  • Tastes Great
  • Increased Energy
  • Amazing Pumps
  • Tolerance Builds Quickly
  • Way Too Expensive
  • Lots Of Pills

Maybe Recommended When I first got into lifting again I didnt know anything about pre workout supplements etc. Thanks to the help of this site I have learned alot.Thank you guys!
With that said I bought two boxes of this when it was on sale buy one get one free and my friend highly recommended it. I took the pre work out 30 mins before I hit the weights. The first few times on this I was sweating like crazy(muscle Igniter). Eventually that affect did wear off because I guess i built up my tolerance. I would take the post pack right after my workout with my protein shake.
Overall i did enjoy this product. I had good recovery and energy. I also liked the pill packs so there was no sorting pills etc. You do get a decent bang for your buck but there are better pre work out supplements out there.

Recommended Let me start by saying this is the only Pre Workout product I've tried so far. I'm 40 yrs. old and just getting back into training after a 10 yr. layoff. Back then there were not so many supplement options so I'm still working through all this.

With that said, I agree with others here that you do build a tolerance to the PRE. But, the one thing that helps me is to take on a semi-empty stomach about 45 minutes before training. I think someone else here mentioned taking with yogurt. I agree.... just enough to get me going and to feel this running through my veins. As for the POST. Well, for me it just takes the guesswork out of what to take right after training. I usually take with a protein shake. I think it's working because I feel fully recovered by the next training day.

I also buy these when they're Buy One Get One 50% OFF.
It's a great value.

One side effect that I did notice was a slight itching in my lower legs about an hour after training. Not a big deal though.

I am currently on my 4th box of this and would buy again.

Recommended I was pretty skeptical of this product at first because I was a firm believer that Jack3d was the best pre lift out there. My buddy got 2 boxes of the stuff for Buy one get one 50% off. So why not right? its like 35 bucks with your gold card anyway and you get Pre AND post lift in one. I got amazing pumps and pretty decent energy. I mean pre lifts are pre lifts if you ask me but I'd rather take pills instead of powder any day. So I'd say give it a shot couldn't hurt.

Maybe Recommended In a nutshell:
First few times i used it, it was a HUGE burst of energy, than it slowly died out every time i used it. I only used it for m heavy days, only about 3 days a week IF that. so my body shouldn't have gotten used to it to make it ineffective. I would recommend it, because everyones body is different. when it did work, it worked great.
Just too pricey compared to other pre and post workout supps..

Cons:
  • Increased Energy
  • Way Too Expensive

Recommended THIS PRODUCT INSTANTLY ADDED MORE ENERGY TO MY WORK OUT. I COULD FEEL MY BLOOD FLOW OPEN UP MORE DURING CARDIO AND LIFTING. CONS ARE STOMACH ACHE. I SUGGEST EATING SMOTHING SMALL BEFORE TAKING THE PRE PACK. SOMTHING LIKE YOUGART. AFTER TAKING THE POST PACK STOMACH ACHE WENT AWAY. IT FELT PRETTY SCARY FOR ABOUT 30 MIN WITHT HE STOMACH ACH AND RAPID HEART RATE. BUT OVER ALL THIS IS A PRETTY GOOD PRODUCT. NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

Recommended the pre-post training pak contains 15 pre-workout paks and 15 post-workout paks. the pre-workout pak consists of amplified muscle Igniter 4x and maxertion n.o.
the amp muscle Igniter 4x has been shown to increase calories burned by 300%, and increase cardio endurance by 5 minutes
the maxertion n.o. has been shown to increase your power output and the the point of fatigue
the post workout paks consist of Amplified Creatine 189, amplified glutamine complex, and the biocore recovery enzymes
Amplified Creatine 189 has been shown to give the exact same benefits as 5g of creatine monohydrate with only 1.25g of hydrochloride. it also saturates the muscle with creatine 189% better than mono.
the amplified glutamine complex also contains Powergrape which is a grape seed extract that helps to mop up free radicals. it's also found in redzone by Ultimate nutrition
the last piece of the post-workout pak is the biocore recovery enzymes, which has been shown to reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)
great overall program that is designed to give you a better workout and also better recovery. 45 dollar retail, 36 during gc week. works out to $3/$2.4 a workout.
Pros:
Cons:
  • Increased Energy
  • Builds Muscle
  • Good Value
