Im going to keep this short,

It has a good profile, the taste is not bad, the energy is decent, but the price is ridiculous.

Profile(8/10): I do like that it has b-12 in its methycobalamin form, which has the highest absorbability, and it contains norvaline and some other good ingredients, but it only has 15 servings---A serving size is 2 scoops.

Taste(7/10): The taste is decent, nothing great, but it did not make me feel sick, which is definitely a plus because most PWO make me feel like sick afterwards.

Mixability(7/10): It mixes fairly well, very little residue but a few shakes can take care of it.

Effectiveness(7/10): The energy was decent, nothing like crack3d, but at least I did not crash and I felt a lot more focused. It did give me a nice pump, but nothing remarkable.

Overall(7/10): I think it is a decent pwo, but the amount of servings truly kill it, therefore I do not recommend it.

If it had at least 25 true servings then I can see it as a food pwo because they are only used on w/o days which will make it last close to more than a month.

This is another run of the mill pre-workout supplement that came out on top.
I enjoyed this product and its no bull approach. The fact its even called pre-training formula and not some cliche name like "formula x" or "Ripp3d Edge" is a breath of fresh air.

This product gave me exactly what I like to get in a pre-workout supplement. I got pumps along with solid energy that could easily transcend into cardio or heavy weightlifting. It was not mindblowing and didnt surpass any expectations but thats ok.

Ingredients: 9
I like the use of creatine monohydrate although the exact amount is not disclosed. I also like the use of caffeine as the stimulant source and no yohimbine or 1-3 dimethyl was used. I like the inclusion of taurine, L-dopa, and acai berry extract which are some supplements I take on there own.
There are 20 calories in 2 scoops and only 1g carbs. The rest of the calories are added because of the amino acids which are often categorized as protein.

Effectiveness: 8
Pre-training Formula gave me solid energy that lasts about 2-3 hours after dosing. I was able to get some good pumps in the gym with this which I rarely get. I did not sweat uncontrollably either which I always do with Jack3d and C4 Extreme.

Value: 10
This is a very affordable pre-workout formula. On BB.com you can get it for $32 for a tub. They also provide you with a $5 off code so its really $27 for a tub.

Taste: 6
The taste is the downside, its a little strong but thats because I make my preworkouts fairly strong. I dont use the full amount of water suggested but just enough to fully dissolve the whole solution.

Well I got this from a Gamma Labs reps for free right here off SR.com, as well as some other pretty awesome stuff.
I got to say I wish more reps was this giving on here for sure!

Ok Let me just say I dont like a Cracked out feeling when I hit the weights, but when I do cardio I like to have that ( HIGH ) feeling if you will.
This stuff is a really great product IMO. I like the clean feeling I got from it.
I didnt break out into a sweat like I do when I use jack3d or some of the others I have tried.
But It was just a good solid energy , I never crashed off this stuff ( which is a great high note for this product )
Nor did I ever have a hard time going to sleep after either.
I will say that I only used this one scoop at a time.. very rarely did I use 2 scoops.
Also I started useing this in my homemade preworkout, which included AAKG, Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, and to help with taste I would add one teaspoon of koolaid mix.

Ok On to the review.
Taste: 7
Ok come one guys its a preworkout!! DOES IT REALLY MATTER? Just drink it with a small amount of water and deal with it.
I did have the fruit punch flavor and its just as you would think.. Not over the top good, not puke your guts out bad. Just a normal tasting drink.
But I will add that as you can see I was adding some koolaid mix to my mixtures.

EFFECTIVENESS. 10
I got to say this stuff works! The energy is really clean and lasts forever!. NO CRASH! No need to get long winded about this.

PUMP. 6
I have never gotten a pump off any preworkout except NO- Explode?! lol And im not kidding.
But when I added my mix which was AAKG, Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate. I had no trouble finding those skin tearing pumps.
I gave it a six because I just dont respond to some of these pre workouts like others do. and im not going to bash it because of what my body does or does not do.

FOCUS 10
I think this is where it shines. I was so focused on my workouts I would pound out a hr workout without even looking at the clock.
Not much more can say be said .

Ok I got my for free but after looking at price and serving size its pretty HIGH compared to others. But if you want a decent pre workout its worth a try!

Overall I liked.. will I buy it again?.. maybe.. On sale..sure.

part of me was very skeptical when I heard it was going to be fruit punch, my past experience with fruit punch (white flood v.1, ergopump, NO370, K-otic, juggernaut, maniac, momentum ) lead me to believe in 2 things when it came to how they flavor their punch flavors, companies usually 1) flavor them too sweet that it's pretty much like drinking Hawaiian Punch, or 2) they under flavor the product so it's a bitter/awful taste to it.

With Gamma Lab's Pre-Training Formula it's a good fruit punch, it is a bit more water, it's not a sweet, intense flavor; it's a mellow flavor that’s not over powering. I guess if you want a sweet drink you wouldn't be that happy with it, but for me, I don't really crave sweets.

Mix ability 10/10
perfect! I usually shake, then let it sit then sip for the next few minutes. Doing so I usually get to see what if any settling occurs. I saw none, :) was very excited to not see any, which is weird because usually it's the creatine that drops down to the bottom. Not here :) very good job Gamma labs

Energy 10/10
so much caffeine without 1,3 oh baby! Good consistent energy, should be since its mega dosed, usually drinking 1-3 cups of coffee a day, and was on EC for the last 2 weeks this was a perfectly dosed. Took this right when I woke up and didn't need any other stim for the day, and fell asleep by 12:30(usually 1:30 or later, as you can tell from the time I’m writing this up :)

Focus 9/10
great focus that kept me working, visualizing the muscle contract, and stretch. I usually lose focus about squeezing and feeling the muscle, by the end of the reps I'm just worried about moving the weight. Having L-tyrosine, N-Acetyl Tyrosine, & huperzine serrata is always a good sign to me.

Pump 9/10
I've already had 4 workouts (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms) and in 2 days will do legs, this is the first time in a long time that I'm looking forward to doing legs. Not only do you feel the rush of energy, but I felt on back day and especially shoulders, I felt the body part fill with blood and feel a hardness to it. Didn't notice any increased vascularity.

I really liked this product, great workouts, great pumps and good consistent energy. But I’m coming off EC that I want to say is the reason why that mega dosed caffeine was perfect, I want to say if I was coming off of stims and was going on to this it would be a totally different feeling.

I have been using PTF's for a long time and when I used this product I was amazed at it's effectiveness. I suggest this product to anyone else needing to get pumped before their workout.
I have always been a skinny girl but I have never been able to build muscle due to a lack of energy.
I can definitely say that the most important thing is energy, which this supplement is completely capable of delivering. The only problem I could see with it was it didn't have many servings.

This is a decent pre workout as far as taste and profile goes. The big problem I have with this product is it's price and serving size. You're paying a good amount of change for only 15 servings. This isn't going to blow your mind stimulant wise, but you'll get a good workout.

I was given the opportunity to use this product from Cliff. Initially I reQuested samples, he indicated he was out and sent my a full tub, plus a t-shirt that would fit Kevo :o)

Talk about customer satisfaction!! If only more companies would take a page out of their book.

Dosage:

I took the recommended full 2 scoops 30 minutes prior to working out with water as directed. Also, I took this on a mostly empty stomach, taking a whey protein with water 1 hour prior.

Mixability-10/10

As per directed mixed 2 scoops with water with a spoon. No mixing issues at all, the whole product dissolved perfectly.

Taste-8/10

I had the tropical punch flavor, which I believe is the only one on the market. Taste was very good, tropical, not overly sweet or tart.

Effectiveness-8/10

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product at first, being that I never heard of this company.

To sum it up this product works, hands down in the energy department. The energy was very clean and consistent during my whole 1 hour workout.

The tunnel vision was very much welcomed as well.

To compare this in terms of energy/tunnel vision,its one step behind Cellucor's C4. Very good, not great.

I experienced no pump with this product

Value-5/10

This value is based on retail price. I did in fact get this for free, but I am being realistic for others interested in purchasing this product and giving it a try.

The cheapest I have seen this is for $31.99 and that will last you only 15 workouts, at the recommended 2 scoops per serving.

Conclusion:

The product works very well, good clean, solid energy with tunnel vision and no side effects.

Only big downside is price, 15 servings for $31 bucks is quite expensive.

If the price was more competitive I would definitely buy this product again, if it were in the low $20 range at most.

I was very pleased with how effective this was in general. Overall, the impression I came away with was of a very well-rounded pre-workout.

Energy :8
Very nice. Not too much, not too little. I never felt like I lacked energy during the workouts I used this for. It was always clean and never jittery. I will admit that sometimes I do prefer a little bit more stims, but this came very close to being just right. For those of you who like super-stim pre-workouts, this is not for you.

Focus: 8
Very good. There were a couple of days when I was feeling very sluggish before going to the gym, and after taking this I had a very clear moment where everything faded away and I was ready and focused only on getting to the gym. This focus lasted through my entire workout most of the time, with the possible exception of one or two times. And even then it lasted long enough to get me through the majority of lifts.

Pump: N/A
I honestly don't feel like I can rate this very clearly in terms of pump, as I was also taking Nitrox II. I felt like the pump was good each time, but some of that is definitely attributable to the Nitrox II. Having said that, the ingredients definitely lend themselves to a good pump. (Google ingredients for a full list. It's too dang long to post here!)

Taste: 9
Wow, I'm not usually a fan of fruit punch, but this is the best fruit punch flavored supplement I've tasted. No bitterness, and not too sweet. Pretty much exactly what I remember fruit punch Kool-Aid tasting like. Very refreshing and I looked forward to it every time.

Value: 6
Unfortunately, this is where the product leaves something to be desired. Of course, I was lucky enough to try it free of charge, but right now you can get it at BodyBuilding.com for $26.95 with a coupon for $5 off. That's still $1.80 per serving, which is steep compared to most other pre-workouts. Yes, you get a solid all-around pre-workout, but you can get other quality ones for quite a bit cheaper.

Final thoughts:
Like I said, this is a very solid pre-workout that covers all the bases and gave me some very solid workouts. Plus it tastes fantastic. I would recommend giving it a try, because I definitely think it's worth it once. After that, it's up to you whether the price is justified or not.
