Recommended I just finished my container of purple k and I must say I am very satisfied by the product. There's no real water retention or bloating, I really have no negatives about the product. I had steady gains the entire time i was on it, and by the end of the container all my lifts were up at least 50lbs from when i started. It didn't really add any mass, but if you're looking to build strength i would recommend it for sure. Good Price too.

Recommended This is my first review so go easy on my
I finished my first bottle of Purple K (Kre-Alkalyn), 2 weeks ago and I have to say it is by far the best Creatine product I've tried yet. I took it with 100% Gold Standard whey, Assault by MP, and a standard multivitamin. No loading phase required like with other brands such as cell-tech or creatine monohydrate etc. and no water retention or bloating and so far I have kept all my size and strength gains. My muscles feel much fuller and harder, and my Recovery is way up too. Absolutely no taste and just two pills 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after. I would definitely recommend this product and type of creatine to anyone trying to increase muscle strength and recovery.
Pros:
Cons:
  • Builds Muscle
  • Good Value
  • No Loading Phase Required
  • Take Only When Needed
  • Rock Hard Gains
  • No Water Retention

Ya on off days I took 2 in the morning and two at night, I didn't respond to it like most creatines where I just swell up, it made me denser and harder and I really liked the recovery factor

Maybe Recommended Got this product pretty cheap at GNC actually. Didn't notice gains the entire time while taking it. Not sure if I can recommend it or not because I got no gains while taking it, but the two weeks after I finished the bottle my strength shot up significantly.

NOT Recommended I used this product for about a year and a half for hockey (University tier 1 level) as it was provided with one of our sponsors. To state the honest truth, I didn't find this product effective at all. Sure, it gives you a little extra weight and size but once you stop taking it, most of that goes away. I didn't notice very significant gains from this product strength wise either. Also to top it off, i got terrible stomach aches and cramps from this product. All in all, I wouldn't use this product again and would recommend something in the powdered form such as Con-Cret which i found alot more effective, beneficial and worth your hard earned money.

Recommended Hey guyz this is my first review so bare with me..This creatine is hands down the best i've ever taken. I got amazing results in the form of strength increases with no water retention. While on Purple K i was only taking IsoFlex post workout so i can say with certainty that it was very effective for me. It also came with a benchpress tracking chart which was no joke. My bench went up from 3x225 to 8x245 all while gaining only 2lbs in the month and a half that i used it. The pills are very easy to take down and have no after taste and literally no side effects such as bloating. Definitely give this creatine a shot!

Recommended Purple k worked good for me. It definitely helped with strength, endurance and gave me an extra push in the gym. I stacked this with jack3d which worked awesome. Id take jack3d 30 min b4 gym, then Purple K first thing at gym, so after i was done my supersets it would kick in for the rest of my workout. Then take it again post workout with protein and BCAA's, and i felt like i hadnt even worked out! I put on 10 lbs in 2 months and got bigger, stronger and to my surprise leaner!I would definitely recommend this product for anybody looking for an edge in the gym.

Recommended I really like the new Creatine AKG product (Purple K) ... Creatine Monohydrate used to give me a major gut bloat and you had to go through a loading phase and deal with water retention.

Purple K gives me the Creatine strength I need for that ONE extra rep, it helps with offsetting DOMS and there is no need to load ... the muscle gains are hard solid muscle that is there to stay (as long as you continue eating right)

Cons:

Recommended Great results! When I started my highest bench rep was 225 x 5 now at the end of the bottle my highest bench rep is 285 x 8!! I noticed right away the strength gains adn I was stacking 1MR for the intensity and energy I was seeking. For the price and lack of side effects I recommend this prodcut to anyone

Not hating, however, your bench went up 60lbs in approximately a month?

I am sure it is a fine product, but I find it very hard to believe that you gained that much on your bench after one bottle. That would be around a 100lb increase in your 1rm..

i do agree with your comment in someways as I do believe I may have been underestimating myself but the reps / weight all show major correlation from when i started taking purple k .. Ive talked to others and theyve said theyve got nothing from this product but again no 2 bodies are alike

Maybe Recommended First of all I dont get why you are all comparing this product to NO Explode.. This product is strictly for creatine, NO Explode is a preworkout supp that is supposed to get you in that weight lifting state of mind, and give you pumps, just so happens they threw a little creatine in the mixture. This explains why you are getting more strength but not quite the energy with this product. Thats exactly the difference people!
