I have used many PWOs including MRI black powder, 1mr, jack3d, arnge crush, and nsane, but this is BY FAR the best one I've used yet. Yes, It's a little pricey at nutrishop, but you really do get what you pay for. It says 40 servings on the container, but I used it for 8 weeks, 5 times a week, using a scoop and a bit each time, and I still didn't finish the container after 8 weeks. This PWO actually has waxy maize which is crucial in nutrient uptake, which not many PWOs have. It only has 100 mg of caffiene, which won't get you cracked out, but it always got me in the zone to lift. Although the pumps were apparent, they were not skin-splitting. However, the gains I made while using this were, in one word, INCREDIBLE. My chest and shoulders literally exploded over the last 8 weeks. So to sum this up: 1)huge size gains 2) not a crazy pump 3)appropriate level of caffeine that won't leave you crashing or constrict your blood vessels.

NO XP3 has just the right amount of ENERGY BLEND. I dont feel cracked out or jittery, but I do get that pre-workout excitement.

The pumps are HUGE and my muscles feel satisfied, if that makes sense. What I mean to say is that some pre-workouts make you a little too ambitious and dont come through when you need them to. That is not the case here. It has a great line up of vasodilators and cell volumizers.

I have never been a fan of pre-workout blends until I tried this one. Its earned its place in my supplement line up.

This is the best pre that will actually help you get results and not just cracked out. I recommend this product for everyone. Every once in a while when i am tired i will put a scoop of a higher energy pre in with it to get me going. other than that, it is my favorite pre.

Well like everyone on here we are all in search for the perfect pre workout. I just finished a whole container of this stuff and I have found it. The thing about this is that is gave me huge strength gains within the first two to three weeks. The pink lemonade is so damn good my brother thought it was crystal light lol this is a pump pre workout which I prefer I hate bouncing off the walls after my workout and not sleeping. I take no more than a scoop and a half cuz this stuff is really strong. I just can't get over the pumps, vascularity, focus, and refreshed feeling after my workouts. I literally felt so good after my workout and i stayed hard and vascular hours after my workout with no crash. I can't tell you how many of my buddies are taking this product because of the effectiveness and value. The pump blend is ridiculous, and I love how they use kre alkalyn instead of mono. Overall using a container I dropped my body fat increased size all over and vascularity is crazy. I had to give this product a ten across the board I will buy this till I can't take supplements anymore !!!
