GNC Beyond Raw.
« on: November 23, 2010, 05:58:33 PM »
as some of you know i am an employee at GNC, while i'm not sure how many of you actually shop there; GNC is coming out with a new line called "Beyond Raw". i am curious myself to see how effective the products from this line are. anybody else considering trying them? also some stores are going to be having Black Friday deals (at-least my store is).

and if any of you are wondering i'm not using TSR as advertising or anything; i'm just passing some information along. i would think most of you by now know i'm not your typical rep or pushy person (if you could even tell i was an employee in the first place without reading my profile); it's just a job until i get into my career field, lol.

I cant tell much about about the other three but that new mass gainer looks pretty legit. Now if they could drop it like $40

This looks pretty stupid to me and the formulas do not look any good. I don't really understand how you can have an ultra-concentrated product, yet have a laundry list of ingredients. Math doesn't work. Looks liek Muscletech helped formulate these.

Another weak attempt by GNC. I'm not a GNC hater either, I actually shop there. I think their basic products are good, but they should stick to that.

I actually feel bad for anyone who wastes their money on this.

the main thing that i think keeps some people from shopping at GNC is that their prices are too high (which i agree with myself), if their prices were cheaper i think most people would careless about how knowledgeable the employees were (although knowledgeable employees always could help). if they just came down on their pricing and just got rid of the Gold Card i think that would be better.

some stuff i do buy there with my 30% employee discount, and sometimes i buy stuff from Supplement Central; since i don't live too far from the actual warehouse i usually buy directly from there so i don't have to pay shipping fees. it just depends on if it's a product that we don't carry that i like, prices, etc, it varies.

but who knows maybe i'll try something from this line.

The gainer looks pretty good, ravage kinda looks underdosed and as said above, if its a concenrtate, i dont see how it has so many ingredients in it, but who knows, it might be really good. Il probably end up giving ravage a try eventually

It doesn't look like anything too special.

Yet another gainer with maltodextrin and waxy maize as its carb source.

Lmao, wait 'til your RSD starts nagging you to push this line and keep it at 15% lol.  That's what they did with Lean Shake and the entire line when I was still there.  Ridiculous cleansing kits, -_-

Drew,
you are absolutely correct I used to pay for these over priced supplements. But the day I found online shopping I never looked back!
