« on: September 23, 2010, 09:51:42 PM »
Think i spelled that right??????

Anyway,

Does it work for women? I'm getting mixed reviews.
Also if i take high Blood Presure meds. can i still take it as well?
I only take one pill, and my BP is at the low begining stage of a the problem, which is why i'm getting my "A" back into the gym now.

Thanks

1. Hydroxycut is pretty widely renowned as a bad product. (Muscletech)

2. Two of the main ingredients (ephedrine and caffeine) will raise your blood pressure.

I would not recommend taking this in any circumstance. Especially with high blood pressure.

I would try a low stimulant product in your situation.  Like a combination of green tea, raspberry ketones, cla and fish oil.  Or products like usp labs recreate or cellucors t7.  If at all possible consult your doctor first.

I agree with paultron here, If you are a woman trying to lose weight there are less fat burner options for you because of the dangers of most fat burners, and the fact that they are increased in women but there still are a lot of good options for you like fish oil(which is good for overall health ,specially for the heart AND it helps in the fat burning process),CLA("conjugated linoleic acid", I don't know much about this one but it is a safe one and it is good),green tea extract (it contains caffeine but it's not as dangerous for you as the hydroxycut), and some others. Another great advantage is that none of these are pricey so you could even take them together to see better results and it will last you longer and won't cost you as much as "hydroxicut" LOL ;)
