I don't know the reason behind it or if anyone is like me but I often find it harder to eat a lot or bulk during the summer. I have no clue if it is due to the heat or what but that is generally what happens to me. But it kinda works out cause I cut almost every summer (except this one lol) and bulk every winter when my apatite is higher.
But my advice would be to drink more water, about a gallon to a gallon and a half to help flush your digestive system and make your meals smaller but maybe add an extra one. That way you are never really getting to full but you are never letting yourself get hungry either.
