I am pretty fond of it. I take a vitamin which has it included (Anavite by Gaspari) though you have to take more then reccomended in most cases. Like at GNC we only suggest like 500mg - 1 gram, when in reality you want around 3 grams. I've also heard great results when taken with CLA(6 grams). I tried, but not long enough to really make a decision.
