Oxylite 3 days, wow this stuff is good...
« on: August 30, 2011, 10:02:52 PM »
Leaner in 3 days, veins popping all over my arms?
Lot of energy, no jitters or crash and I feel stronger on the treadmill...wonder if its worth staking in with alpha T-2...

haha 3 days? keep a strict diet and exercise every one of the 30 days in that bottle and then update your post again... You will be happy with this product... I am currently taking OEP myself and its well worth i look forward to wakin up popping it and staying focused on eating right and getting it in the gym... By far this best product to cut that needed extra lb off... Im currently doing a round of insanity with the OEP and it looks like i got out of the swimming pool after im done... But glad to see ya like the product just as much as me :)... like i said update this post down the road and tell us how ya really feel big dog

Yeah I love OEP, I hope they never change the ingredients in it. I was taking four pills a day and loving it. Seeing those results in just three days is a amazing lol.

I am interested in OxyElite Pro, however I just got back from talking to a buddy who took it and he said "it works great" BUT he said he lost a lot of strength while on it... wondering if anyone else has seen these same results? I wouldn't mind shedding 10-15lbs but if I'm going to loose massive strength it isn't worth it to me... any suggestions?

Yea I didnt lose any strength on OEP. Now if your doing a hardcore cut where you are also decreasing the amount of calories you take into your body than you normally do along with taking OEP and doing massive amounts of cardio you could lose some strength.

Yeah i was just curious... I was planning on keeping my diet the same (around 2,000 cals, 200g carbs, 250g protein, 80-100g fat) and increase the cardio just slightly. These past two weeks that I have been back in the gym I have been sweat'n like a mutha futha. It almost feels like I am doing cardio, cuz when I'm done my back is soaked.

I am on day 3 also of it. Have noticed all the cravings that I normally would have are gone. I get great energy from it and it really does make me sweat. Hopefully it keeps working this well, am super impressed thus far.

I am on day 7 and have noticed a pretty good visual difference. I've thrown in a couple more reps per workout. My fiance also noticed my vascularity tonight. Could be the mix of NO2 Red with OEP though... Anyway, Great energy, a little jittery if taken on an empty stomach, (which is not a big deal as long as you eat or take a protein shake with almonds 30 minutes later) and I DO NOT crash which is HuGe!

i love oep. i used it to kickstart my weight loss goals!! in 30 days i lost 17 lbs, i only took 1 pill per day, diet was on point and did cardio 3 days (running) and a more cardio based weight circuit 2-3 days a week.
i cant wait to start back up
