The best green tea extracts?
« on: August 07, 2011, 09:21:56 PM »
Hey guys, im thinking about doing a 2 month cut right before holiday feasting in nov and dec!!! (within reason of course!) I wanna lose what I like to call "security" weight. That way I can just maintain and let loose during the fun times.

With recomping being the new trend, ive decided to skip the bulk this year!

Anyway before I bust out that oxy, does anyone know the best green tea extracts out there??? Something that has caffeine and that I could take before my cardio sessions? I wanna try something new. Ive never used green tea extract during a cut!

Also, I wanted to know your opinions on hoodia? Is it legit? Si o no?

I've been taking NOW's Green Tea Extract, and honestly I haven't noticed anything special with it. It's been about 6 weeks too.

I am interested in getting EGCG + hoodia instead of a generic green tea extract.

I ordered Sports Research Green Fusion Fat Burner yesterday. My buddy at the gym who is pretty cut up swears by it, saying its a great product.

I did my research on it a long time ago, so I don't exactly remember why I decided to get it (think it had something to do with being potent and cheap  :D), but I've been using NOW's EGCg for a while now.  Not much caffeine at all in this product though...

Honestly I don't think Green Tea is something I've seen huge results from, but I believe it definitely helps with fat loss.
