Force Factor

Founded in 2009, Force Factor is a US-based “global performance nutrition brand”. It is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

The brand’s parent company is Nutraclick LLC, which was also started in 2009 by co-founders, Daniel Wallace and James Sietstra. In addition to Force Factor, other brands in the Nutraclick portfolio include Peak Life (health and wellness), Stages of Beauty (age-specific skincare), Femme Factor (female sports nutrition), and ProbioSlim (digestive health). Nutraclick was known as Hungry Fish LLC from 2009 until early 2013.

Nutraclick aims most of its brands at an “age-specific” audience. But by contrast, Force Factor’s official website proclaims the brand’s promise to help people of both genders “achieve success every day”. Its tagline is “Unleash Your Potential®”.

Its supplement range includes everything from pre-workouts, to post-workouts, thermogenics and weight-management products, as well as those for brain health and “male vitality”. The “Our Story” section of the Force Factor website bears a stamp to highlight that all products are made in the USA from blends of both “domestic” and “foreign” ingredients.

Test X180 is arguably Force Factor’s best-known and best-selling product. The testosterone booster is designed to not only increase users’ levels of the male hormone, but also to support sexual health and build lean mass and maintain strength.

Force Factor sells its products through its official site and over 100 third-party retailers. These include Lone Star, Bodybuilding.com, Vitacost, Vitamin World, Amazon, GNC and many more. According to the brand’s website, Force Factor became a “top-selling brand at GNC” within just months of its launch in 2009.

The brand has also gained recognition from a number of well-known organizations in the fitness industry. For example, Bodybuilding.com named Force Factor “New Brand of the Year” in 2011. It received the Rising Star Award from GNC, which also has named Breakout Brand of the Year.
