
Its been around 2 years since I used any kind of supplementation since I faced problems with acne and had given a break for the acne to subside. Ordered "Ergoenic 1 Whey" protein on
eBay having high hopes of gaining good muscle definition as it claims to have more of whey isolates than concentrates. Each serving(31 gms) gives you around 27 gms of protein. Taking 1 scoop right after workout with creatine and
glutamine and 1 scoop in the evening around 5 pm along with my usual eggs everyday and chicken thrice a week. Till now, I haven't seen any good result. My weight and mass gain is probably due to the creatine I am consuming. No muscle hardness and nothing of the sort. I had gained good results on ON's
100% Whey Gold Standard 2 years back. So will be switching on to that soon.
