	this was a great creatine!i took this and n 1 month my bench went up 50 lbs in a month and a half working out 4 times a week this was great Pros: Cons: Great Taste Increased Energy Builds Muscle Good Value

	Truly an awesome product! I used this when I first started working out and it was cheap! Good strength gains, endurance. They should make a version without the sugar, cant beat the price Pros: Cons: Increased Energy Builds Muscle Good Value

	Back in the day this was great, but now its just overpriced and who wants all that sugar? all you need is some good old creatine monohydrate, take it with your post-workout shake and you are good to go.

	This is one of the best creatine products out there, the taste is great and the price is affordable i have been using this for about a week and am already seeing massive results it is an all around great creatine by EAS much better than Cell-Tech or anything BSN in my opinion i highly recommend this to anybody looking to build strenght and muscle fast

	I took this product about 10 years ago. I had great results with it. I have been trying new products recently and I have not gotten the results I used to get with P-HP. I'm finishing off the products I'm finishing the products I am using now and starting on P-HP. I took Myoplex deluxe with this product and a balance diet. I went from 17% body fat to 7% in 3 months. Going back to basics...
