which one is best iso100 or gold standard for everyday basis?

and which one is need to prioritized multivitamins or bcaa? to stack with my protein
Answer #1:
ISO100 would be a better protein. It is 100% whey isolates where as Gold Standard is a blend of concentrate, isolates, and peptides. Also, ISO100 has less carbs and less fat and no cholesterol.

You are already getting alot of BCAAs in your protein, so you are much better off stacking a multivitamin with your protein. The multivitamin is incredibly important for your overall health. Unfortunately, I overlooked it growing up and I was often sick with bronchitis, pneumonia, colds, and flues. I had them every single year up until two years ago, when I started taking a multivitamin. I was always very active and fit, just always sick too.

If you could only afford one thing, I would say take the multi over the protein because you can get protein through other means, however its difficult to get all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day without a multivitamin.
