Is this good to take in the morning?

I'm on a 2000 calorie a day diet. Is it good to do 2 scoops of this fitrst thing in the morning with 1 banana and 1/2 cup oatmeal? that's about 530 calories. Then i workout an hour later and do hydrowhey or isopure post workout.
Answer #1:
If your trying to keep your caloric intake that low I would probably do 1 scoop and your oatmeal first thing and then hit the gym. Then do your post workout protein. I dont know your eating habits but I would think it would be tough to have almost a third of your daily intake within 2 hours of waking up and still keep your cals that low. Muscle Milk might not even be the best choice of protein for you with your diet since its really high in calories and fat.

I am also on a 2k daily calorie diet, and I am deterred from muscle milk, it's higher in calories than every other protein out there, you might want to consider switching, would make staying under 2k alot easier.
