Recommended The flavors are great, quite possibly the best tasting MRP available. I give it a 9 on overall because for some the fat content is a bit high. I will continue to use it until I start to cut weight.

Recommended Overall it has great taste for a shake. It dissolves quickly in water or milk. I think its a bit pricey when you compare it with opt nutrition. The only reason I keep buying it is because i have a friend who works at ballys who gives me half off. Vanilla creme is my favorite.

Recommended Simply said, I am a hardgainer who could not get above 125. Im 5 foot 5, and when i started using Muscle Milk, im up to 133 and i look like i trimmed off body fat. My bench increased from 115 to 160. This all in 6 weeks while on Muscle Milk. Stay true, 2 shakes a day and youll see great results. ps. hardwork counts too.

Recommended This product rocks. i found it for half price online, about 18.50 a tub online so price is fine. this product definetly puts on lean muscle and tastes awesome. only problem is that the taste comes from 18 grams of fat, about half from saturated fat. thats the bad fat. IM sure this product isnt healty if taken too much even though the label says that the fat in it is good for you. any doctor would tell you that the saturated fat is bad for you, but the product label says differnet. Either way, i def recommend this product for someone looking for protein shakes that taste like real milkshakes. all flavors are great, especially the banana one

NOT Recommended 18g of fat per serving is too much. The label also says the product has 6.4g of MCT's in one place, then in another place it says 3.6g of MCT's. Cytosport should get their story straight. MCT's are ok in moderation but 18g of fat will prevent you from burning stored adipose tissue as easily... which= increased bodyfat %.
