Maybe Recommended The light version of Muscle Milk is certainly a step in the right direction for those looking for less calories and fat than the original Muscle Milk. I use them both and would say that I really like the original better do to a much better taste. The taste of this light version feels like they just watered down the original. It is a decent source for protein and is pretty light on calories for an in-between drink but still has more fat than I'd want. It is also quite expensive when compared to other proteins of similar quality. My opinion would be to stick with the original version which has been reduced in fat recently. The taste is much better but it packs a few more calories so is a better option for meal replacement or when bulking. This light version is good for those running a cut or lean bulk and have some extra money to throw around.
