so this is the second creatine ive ever taken, and definitely alright but no where near the best...it was a gift so i figured, what the hell, might as well, right? it provided me with some strength while it but as soon as i got off...not so much

Taste(6/10) - i got the fruit punch, im not sure if there are other flavors but this was ALRIGHT...i emphasize alright because it was a little too sweet in my opinion, so an alright taste

Effectiveness(7/10) - noticeable strength gains while i was on it, as creatine is an ATP augmentor...but not enough to say it was excellent. I also got a ton of water bloat, about 12 lbs! that being said i was putting up about an extra 5 lbs (at least) on all of my lifts while i was on it. I did however, lose that strength once i got off!

Value(5/10) - i personally didnt buy this but ive seen the pricing on various websites and i say it probably isnt worth it, there are many better creatines out there for the same or better prices

Overall(6/10) - this stuff was only alright, ive taken better creatines and as far as taste, value and effectiveness goes, there are better products out there without a doubt

Got this for $15 on bb.com and simply cannot complain. No problems whatsoever with this product, tastes great mixed with red gator/powerade. For $15 it has all the ingredients you could desire in a post-workout supplement...I would probably pay $50 for it, I like it.

I got this product for 15 dollars off of BodyBuilding.com so the value was great. I used this product as directed which was a serving post workout and a serving before bed. I noticed quick strength gains and similarly quick recovery. The proprietary blend is solid but my favorite part was the creatine. I did get some water bloat but I looked a lot bigger. It was worth it because my lifts went up about 5-10 pounds. Make sure to drink plenty of water when using this product and with all creatines avoid alcohol when using this because alcohol is a diuretic and you WILL become very dehydrated if you use this and drink! I got this dirt cheap cause of the experation date and I got my employee discount on top. This is one of the best, if not the best creatines I have ever taken. It helps you recover very fast and I had very good strength and size gains. And on top of that it tastes pretty good.

So far this is one of my favorite creatine products i've tried. Good taste, instantly mixes, noticeable recovery, and moderate strength gains.

You may want to stay away from it depending on the reasoning behind the closeout prices on many websites but from my experience it was a good product.

If anyone knows why sites are getting rid of it or any reason for me to not take it, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

stacked with CYTONOX not a bad combination. i gained some weight in muscle the first two weeks. my strength went up a small amount but put on some mass. not a bad creatine. if u take this ove a long peroid of time i bet you would see very good results. the recovery was good as well. good product. even though it was made by a off brand of MuscleTech :)

This product is not good. It is not quality. Do not buy. DO NOT BUY.


Results: Absolutely nothing. I haven't been as sore as I was taking this in a long while. I wish there was more to describe, but there's just nothing else to say. Bad creatine product.

Price: Ridiculously high when I bought it. Now its about half the price and its "buy one get one free" on bb.com, and at GNC stores. So stay clear, they are trying to get rid of this.


Side effects: Nothing really, this products sister (cytonox) was the culprit behind all the side effects while taking these.

Taste: Tastes decent, like kool-aid, but it does not mix well at all. It clumps into hard, chewy rocks that you must chew and swallow or throw away.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody at all. ever.

I am very thankful for this product. Never before had i recovered from an extreme workout so quickly...the gains that others have noticed on me are flatering and have boosted up my self-esteem also...i have actually recommended this product to them. To me, CYTOCELL is worth every dollar and will continue buying it for my workouts!!

Together these products have made a massive difference to me. I train for 1 hour a day on full dosage of both products. Im more focused, stronger and more confident in the gym. I have trained hard within the 1 hour slots and have seen gains from 2 inches on arms 2 on chest and definition overall has been noticed by other people not just me! The pump from Ctyonox is strong which you notice as soon as you train and lasts all day. Initally the engery buzz is good but i prefer to wait 10 mins then train, you definately notice your strength increase during your training for example you might find you have trouble squatting 100 at the beginning come back 15 mins later and you can do it, so for this i would definately say to get maximum benefit warm up on the machines quick reps before hitting the free weights. I have hit some 2 hours sessions and even then you dont lose focus and power this stuff seems to work until YOU stop working. Everyone mentions crashing whilst talking about NO products well this is my first and noticed a crash on the first few times and from then on only on the dose after my rest days even then it is barely anything. The crash just fees like you need to eat (which you do as you need to drink tis on an empty stomach) my friend seemed to get it for longer than me so it does depend on the person. Even if this stack is a placebo it has definately worked for me even sexually where i stay harder for longer. It isnt a magic stack you still have to work hard and sadly just coming up to 4 weeks im nearly finished my tubs and missing it already. TIPS: must drink at least 5litres of water a day, get loads of protein on board 2-3 shakes a day, eat well, follow the instructions for the test dosage i only did one day on the test dose and was ok but my friend had being headaches and was on the toilet for lengthy times, after a week this stopped.

another of my first supplements. After my workouts i wasn't as sore, gave me some strength but not much gain in muscle. Tasted good but no matter how much i exersiced i didn't get the mass i was looking for with this. If your looking for something to make u less sore the next day then this is the supplement for you
