Effectiveness 10/10- Golden finish is a very effective post workout shake. I have used about 5 tubs of golden finish to date & it never seems to disappoint, my recovery with it is great, was shocked how quick my recovery was after a hard session. I have used 2 tubs for 6 weeks while bulking which helped me put on 4 pounds on a clean diet. One of the main reasons why I love golden finish is the no bloat feel & is very easy on the stomach.

Mixability 10/10- Mixes very easy with 20oz of water, only needed a couple of shakes in a shaker cup and you get a very smooth shake, with no clumps or unmixed powder, have also mixed with 40oz low fat milk & never had any problems, and have also added in a scoop of GlycoMaize into the mix to up my macro’s & never had any problems either.

Taste 8/10- Its tropical island smoothie flavour, didn’t really like the taste at the start but it grew on me & I started to find it enjoyable at the end of the first week. The taste of supplements isn’t a big factor for me as long as I see results al drink anything luz.

Price 6/10- You can pick up golden finish for $40, a bit pricey to run year round, but defiantly worth your while to pick it up every now & again as it’s a top supplement, no matter what your goals are bulking or cutting. A tub has 20 servings, a serving is 3 scoops which equal 70g a serving

Overall 9/10- Overall golden finish is a very effective post workout supplement, you can stacke it with kre-alkalyn 150/MBCAA, or Purple Wraath & you have a great effective stack which will produce great results.
