
I give this an overall of 5 not because of it's
effectiveness, but because of it's side effects.
The dose is 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. Taking it before breakfast made me feel a
little sick. I believe it has good creatine
because it wood dry me out and my stomach would
cramp some and my muscles would be on the verge
of cramping. Also I think it kept me awake some
nights. I didn't like being at work with these
effects so I began only taking it before and
after my 2 weekly weightlifting workouts.
I think it is worth trying. If you do, drink
plenty of water. See if you can handle the
side effects. I bought my bottle on clearance
for 50 cents at Vitamine Shoppe so I had nothing
to lose. Also it gave me energy on the stair stepper.
