Recommended I started using this product when I first began working out around age 20. I was a hardgainer with super fast metabolism. I combined this supplement with creatine monohydrate powder (mixed together) and took it pre and post workout. I lifted to gain MASS (low rep, high weight). My routine wasn't very strictly followed, but over time I made good progress. I am 5'7" and went from a bodyweight of 130lbs weakling barely able to benchpress 155lbs, to a bodyweight of 155lbs benching 255lbs.

This did wonders for me, and I'm suprised it hasn't gotten much reviews. It doesn't seem to be very popular but it's worked for me. The only reason I don't use it anymore is because while I was on it, I couldn't "cut up" in my abdominal area, but it IS a weight gainer, so it isn't meant for cutting up, it's meant for gaining MASS which it did give me.

I always bought chocolate which wasn't that bad in taste. four scoops is one serving of 154g. Each service has 630 calories and 35g protein.
