This is my first review and it had to be on the one thing I have and will stick with. I've tried a few different pre-work out products but AdreNOl8 stopped me in my tracks. There's no need to go any further.

I actually want to address this not from my weightlifting experience but something that might be more of a testament to this product. While I take this before all of my exercises the one place I can't go with out it is my Kickboxing/MMA training. Our lessons are almost of an individual nature, which makes it very easy for my instructor to get really extreme and intense.

I have been through 2 containers of AdreNOl8 but just this last week ran out. 3 things happened in my last 2 sessions that haven't happened in a long time:

1) I got really gassed, really quickly. – Before ever reaching strength and conditioning training. And this made me sloppy.

2) I got side stitches (cramps) like I haven't had in months. – Once again, before ever reaching strength and conditioning training.

3) Usually after a session I come home and my shoulders burn and ache all night long. This hasn't happened the last 2 times because I just wasn’t able to push myself!

To sum it up:
AdreNOl8 = Intensity

Flavor - I've only had the grape flavor and like it plenty. Not bitter or chalky.

Value - Great! I found that it's not that expensive (eBay) and you get a full 40 servings a container.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY THIS STUFF OUT!!! IT'S NOT GONNA LET YOU DOWN!!!

AdreNOl8 is the best pre workout on the market Period. I been using in for a week now and glad I purchased it. This is my new favorite pre workout and let me tell you I have tried about all of them. I'm a pre workout freak, my favorite supplement category is pre workout + energy drinks. I'm known as an expert on the subject. The taste of this stuff is amazing, the best tasting thing out there (grape) this has a fizz to it. It's like a mad scientist grape workout drink, fun to drink and makes you feel good (literally) has everything in it you need, no extra B/S... Take it from me this beats them all out.. This offers great pumps, energy, focus, strength, best tasting pre workout it's so good and gives it that Euphoria feeling. I just love this stuff.

Great product, you can compare this to NO EXPLODE. I had gaines in size and strength. Taste is ok.
