been using this whenever i can, which is when some extra cash comes my way. not the cheapest supplement around, but boy it works. the energy i get is great, i dont have trouble locking out reps anymore, and the taste is great...the smell reminds my sister of baby bottle pop. other reviews note some white flakes in the drink, i found this can be avoided by using only cold water. when you use cold water it mixes well, and when it hits yer throat it feels great and wakes you up alittle. you kinda wanna consume an entire serving while you work out to get the full effect. i would swear by this but the sticker shock says otherwise.

To me this product is good, to many carbs and sugar, good for atlethic events, gives a lot of energy, im trying M bcaas and to me volumize is better for my basketball games, but M bcaas is better for the gym, so both are great products...

I am just starting out with going to the gym and working out. I take Volumize right now along with Gakic Hardcore. I was planning on stacking my Volumize with Syntha-6 and N.O.Explode and also taking Gakic Lukic and Creakic but I want to kno if it is going to be worth the money or even if it is a good stack b cuz from what I gather from reading reviews on all products the N.O.EXplode is the same as the Gakic. Anyones help is much appreciated.

| Drop the whole stack. BSN and Muscletech wont get you anywhere. Go with products from USP Labs, Gaspari, Universal, MHP, and Musclemeds. |

| Well you see MuscleMeds up there in my recommendations, so no, Money is obviously not the problem. Now when it comes to quality in ingredients, that is where the problem occurs. Just research ingredients and read labels man. If some huge P-blend with huge amounts of sugar works for you tho, i'm not gonna tell you to not take it. |

| don't listen to this manimal guy.. most products on the market are garbage period. if thats a pic of him he looks at best about 240.. i've gone from 210 to 270 @ 6% using cellmass and nitrix alone. i used animal paks, proper mass gain diet and only a post workout highcarb/protien shake. the rest was real food. 8-10 hours of sleep.. hour heavy lifting sessions 2 times a day if needed. my biggest was 310lbs with 23 1/2 inch arms etc but i wasn't "natural" here. all most of these other products aren't nessasary but they might give you a lil extra boost. |

I started using Volumaize a month ago and have put on around 6 lbs of mass since, which for me is pretty impressive becuase I don't gain weight very easily. I can really tell that my arms and chest have gotten larger and I like the effects. The only question now is that after it is gone will I keep the mass or will I *** it all away!

| I am not sure but I think you will keep your Mass bro because Volumaize doesn't have any creatine monohydrate so I think you will keep it. If Not try and use the Volumaize RTG (ready to go)like 2 every 2 weeks juste to say it's still in your body. Take one monday and friday (depending on your training schedule). if yo udon't train those days... take them on your two most separate training days... IF you don't have Volumaize RTG bottle in your country like me in Quebec, Canada, take the normal Volumaize and if you don;t want to do an other "Full Cycle" of it, do as I told you but with the normal jug.
LEt me know of your succeses !!!

At fist i int like this product, so i stop using it, but i found it 3 weeks ago and starte using it. I mix it with a 1/4 scoop of NO Xplode or a Monster energy drink and i saw good results, i had to force myself to leave the weight room after 3 hours because i was about to miss dinner.

Arctic Berry flavor. Very good tasting although the sweetness could be a bit cloying to some. Slightly pulpy in texture, tastes sort of like if Jolly Rancher candy made an artificial fruit juice. Not bad, pretty refreshing to sip through the duration of your workout. I liked it, but if you are looking for carbs & electrolytes maybe you should stick to old fashioned Gatorade. A little too expensive to make it an addition to my usual workout supps.

Personally, I'm not too sure, about the effectiveness of this particular product. It tastes like bubblegum, it's pretty expensive. I just not sure I saw results from taking this during workout. I think it's still to be decided. I think you could spend the money, that you may have thought to spend on this, on something more worthy. Remember cats; stack that ---- up!

a nice source of amino acids and some energy during training the taste was great when is cold but when it gets a little warm it dosent taste that great but the energy i think is all the carbs and sugar that Volumaize have but the shaker is free and you get a lot of serving and a different drink when training

i stack this with Black Powder from MRI cause that seems to work better for me than the NO-Xplode. Intensifies my pump and my recovery is crazy i can lift til my arms wont hardly move and still not feel tired. It taste great as long as u can stomach all the sweetner whicj=h doesnt bother me. Actually makes me wanna drink it. Artic berry is much better than grape just dont get to close upon opening cause it doesnt smell to pleasant!
