I have used this product several times. I would rate it as a better then average but for the cost their are stronger agents out there. What I do like about it is that it does give you some extra energy with out the jittery feeling. I would consider it a mild thermogenic however if you up the dosage to over what is recommended then you get a little more of the common side effects. I found that this product did bind up my digestive system a bit but again every product will react differently with each individual.

I used this Producted while dropping weight for a Bench Competion. I dropped from 172lbs to 165lbs and still felt crazy strong, Benching 515@165! The main thing I noticed was how it really helped shed the extra water out of my body! BPM Osgood
