
This is a very unique product, the theory of it makes total sense. However with deeper research, there really isn't any proof that carb and fat blockers really work or even make a difference. My experiance with this product is simple. I ususally have cheat weekends, from eating pizza to pasta and buffets. I find that when I wasn't using Cheaters, I would always rebound with 2-5lbs on Monday. While using Cheaters, I weighed the same on Friday as I did on Monday. Do they work? I honestly don't know, I suppose only
BSN can truthfully answer that question. However, even mentally they make me feel not so guilty about having cheat days. I guess that's always a bonus !!!
