i've gone through a few jugs of this, and only really did a full cycle once. the first time i used it i didnt know that creatine made you put on weight so i cut the cycle short after on jug. then i got wise and ran a full cycle and was pleased. my strength increased steadily while on this product, even on the half cycle. the taste is great and the recovery was even better. the only problem i had was the night time dose, cuz in the middle of the night i would hafta *** like you wouldnt believe. as always drink lotsa water. it sez to consume 120 ounces, but try in get in a gallon or two just to keep you clean.

This product is really good. Its priced fairly well. I take this product after every workout. I never get sore. I also see my self get bigger everyday. I started seeing results only after 1 week of taking cell mass. ive been taking cell mass for about six and a half weeks.

Overall i was looking for a good creatine that would really give me size gains i desired. I found BSN cellmass and thought id give it a try. Ive been on it for about 4 weeks now and i cant tell you how happy i am with this product. The taste was above decent, didnt really have floating but did need to pee alot so id drink alot of water if your planning on using this. Ive gained about 15 pounds of muscle and my strength gains for variation of exercises were up from 20 to 25 lbs.

This is the first creatine i have ever used, it is very effective but pretty expensive. The negatives are, It retained water and dehydrated me and made it hurt to ***. Overall preety good creatine with quick results.

This is my first review on this site! Whatsup everyone. I finished two tubs of cellmass back to back and had some great gains. This product consists of Creatine Ethyl Ester which I have read is a contraversial creatine. Regardless, hands down I got stronger while using this product. The only drawback is I put on a solid 8 pounds of water weight. I never react too well to cretine regarding bloating so this was expected. All of my lifts went up 20-30 lbs while taking Cellmass and I probably lost half strength gains when stoping creatine. I leaned out very nicely when I finished this product.

Taste:
Taste was excellent and mixibility was meadiocre. I have never worried about either, moreso how effective the product is. The product is a proprietary blend so I don't know exactly how much of glutamine and creatine is in it but regardless it did help recovery and is rather effective. I am going to try some other creatines and concret is next. I would recommend this product, as it did help me during a bulk. Too expensive as well!

This Product is hard to rate because everything is perfect until you stop taking it.

Effectiveness- Cellmass made me look really different in a good way. Most noticeably my arms looked HUGE compared to before. My Strength went up pretty drastically and my recovery time was helped tremendously. I thought this product was a miracle until i went off. * I then lost all gains and seemed to have to start back where i was to begin with. If no gains are kept I cant seem to see the point.

Taste- Taste is Fine

Value- I get mine for $30 which i think is really good. Dont buy from GNC ya dumb dumb

Final- If you want to feel/look like a monster while youre on the product go for it because it works. Maybe others can keep gains better than me ?

The product is awesome. I mean that. I works and will work if you take it the way you should. The price is awesome if you shop around. I don't know why people say this costs sooo much money. I find it online at some places for 28.00 and locally for 32.00.
This works especially after a huge leg workout. I am able to walk within 2 days where without it, it takes me 5 days to recover.

I followed the instructions on this one, 2 scoops a day spread out among the day for a certain number of weeks. I noticed my recovery time in between workouts was improved but no serious muscle gains as promised by the label. Effectiveness is hard to say as it was stacked with N.O.Xplode as well, but overall i do not believe this worked for me. Tasted pretty good though.

This is a great creatine blend if you are on a bulking period. Overall it helped with my recovery, i gained muscle and also what surprized me the most was the tightness and fullness it gave me even half way through my first tub. I also had some water retention which is natural with creatine products. I would definitely recommend it instead of simple creatine monohydrate.

This is my first tube of Cellmass and i am very satisfied with it.It works for me really well!I train very intense and i am very happy that recovery process starts right away when i take it.I am a bit stronger,recovery is good too!This is really product you can benefit from.
