Recommended This product is great IF you want to get seriously toned AND if you have lots of money! this is amazing for people looking for a lean body. it is very easy to change the ressistance of the Bowflex. i loved using this producct especially when i first got it. although i havnt used this as much as i used to, i can always rely on using the Bowflex to get back in shape .
