i been training for over 37 years taken everything on the shelf, for the price this product is the bomb!!, love it the pumps and the boost are great love the pump, the regular creatine product is great to the only difference in this and super pump 250 is the focus other then that its all the same....thanks body fortress!!!

okay so i was skimming through the reviews on this product and they seemed very short and not helpful so im going to do my best to help you out. I tried this product because i was hurting for money and this was the cheapest i could find at the time. I used 2 and a half scoops 45 min before workout and i saw/felt relatively no pumps. I was like raging in the gym which is what i try to do but i had pretty good focus. The taste was decent kinda dull and left somewhat of an after taste. it does not set very well, during the first half of my workout i felt like i was lugging around a gallon of water in my guy even after i only used 7 to 8 ounces of water. My strength gains however did shock me. I found that all my presses felt relatively lighter and i had to put on more weight for all of my auxileries. If your a guy/girl hurting for money i would say give this a shot. but if you have the money go ahead and go for the higher quality products. Not my best review but i hope this helps.

it helped me get hyped about me workout and i felt so much stronger. i went fom benching 135 to 185 in two weeks and it just keeps getting better.i went from leg pressing 365 to 665 in a week and a half. the only bad part is it has a funky after taste for like 5 mins but aside from that its a great product. if you dont belive me email me at jcbigy@aol.com and i will show u.

Was my first nos powder that i tried and liked it quite a bit. Taste is good and in my opinon its at a great price. Went through a couple containers and the pump was excellant and recovery was good as well. Probavly the bes no powder for the price

Im a 17 yr old male and Ive been using it for about 2 weeks now. it didnt work at first but now its making my workouts 10 times more effective

I've tried BSN's Nitrix and SNI's Nitric Stack prior to this product - dropped about $100 total and saw pretty much no difference. $10 for this bottle and I started noticing a real difference within a week. Personally I get a better result when taking 2 pills a serving 3 times a day. Giving it a 9 for effectiveness only because I haven't tried NOS black or Plasmajet to know if there is anything better out there... but for $10 I doubt it!

....this stuff works pretty damn good...ive just got off of n.o. xplode and i gotta say my body got used to that stuff pretty quick....and i just got this Nos yesterday for freakin 9 dollars.. i used it for the first time today at the gym and my pumps are just as good if not better than the things that ive took such as nano naNO Vapor.. wow id recommend this to neone.

I have taken this product for a month now as directed (serving before workout and immediately after)...I also take a third serving in the morning following a protein drink. I honestly believe it is quite productive...a good pump during the workout, especially when performing drop sets, and mucles seem to have a more distinct fullness and shape.
