NOT Recommended I tried this a while back and here is the story

Taste: Good taste on Rich Chocolate and Chocolate Mint.

Mixing: It doesn't mix well. You needs an electic mixer to completely disolve all the powder and even then its lumpy. The shakers dont mix it at all.

Muscle Gains: Not much. I seen better results with other products of similar price.

Protein: It says that the protein is Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Micellar Casein BUT it doesnt really tell you the percentages so you might be getting 1% isolate only!

Vitamins: Apart from Calcium, Phosphorus amd Zinc, there is nothing else.

BCAA's: Says ' Full of BCAAs and probiotics' but doesnt tell you how much! probably tiny traces I suspect hence they avoid to tell you how much.

Price: A bit pricey considering what is in it. In the UK is around 37 pounds (60 US dollars)

Personally I wont be buying this again unless they improve its contents and provide more information on what is in it.

Cons:
  • Low In Carbs And Fat

Recommended Let me start by saying....Peanut Toffee and Black Cherry. Gorgeous.

The above two flavours are the ones I rate the most from Boditronics, they hit the nail on the head with them. The flavours are spot on and a genuine pleasure to drink. I'll even go as far as to say that if I was served one of these as a milkshake, I wouldn't question it.

The protein powder itself mixes well, no issues there at all. A few aggressive shakes, job done and you're good to drink. They flavours also work very well when blended up with other ingredients. My personal favourite? Peanut toffee whey, a banana, Greek yoghurt, honey or agave Nectar and some bran flakes! I think it works really well.

The only negative about this fantastic protein product is the price, but it's priced understandably. You pay for quality. Would I pay it again? Sure, but on this competitive market there are unknown (and some more well known) brands at cheaper prices which put up some Fierce competition.

Nutritionally, it doesn't blow anything out the water. The fat and sugar levels are low, and the protein is relatively high (34g per 45g serving). Again, nothing amazing BUT far from the worst. It does the job and it does it well.

Overall, I think Boditronics have got their protein powders right. Personally, I think their flavours make them stick out from the crowd more so than other less known brands and nutritionally it does the job, however, due to pricing it becomes more of a treat then part of my monthly purchase.

Great review. Black cherry, huh? It's about time people make whey protein venturing out of the realm of milkshake flavors. Have you tried Xtreme Formulations Arctic Lemonade?

XF makes the best tasting supplements on the market, and they are well known for it. Arctic Lemonade whey tastes like actual lemonade. Their whey/casein blend, called Ultra Peptide 2.0 is orgasmic. No other way to describe it.
