Answer #1: | Ive honestly never heard of this before but it appears it could be a fairly decent bulking protein, maybe not the best for leaning up however, as the carb and sugar content is fairly high.
Dont forget a good multivitamin like Animal Pak, Opti-men, etc. As far as other protein go, Casien protein is great for before bed to keep you from eating through muscle overnight. ON makes a good one, but you could also sub some good ol' cottage cheese.
I would take a look into ON's entire line of proteins, as something like 100% whey, Pro-complex, and hydro-whey are all great post-workout proteins, if you find that you arent staying as lean as you would like with this and a good diet. |

Answer #2: | This is not just a protein powder, It's a post workout blend supplement and from what i've seen it's been getting pretty good ratings since it came out.
Like my brotha tool said- A multi is always a good thing to have in any supplement stack for any fitness goals.
You may also want to look into a CLA product such as MRM-CLA1250. CLA is backed by many studies that show it's ability to promote lean muscle and fat loss over time.
You could also pick yourself up some extra creatine that you could dose everyday to keep creatine levels at their peak in your body. Kre-Alkalyn is among the favorites as well as Green Magnitude and Con-Cret. Also, like tool said- A good dedicated diet will work wonders. |
