
I was pretty sceptical about this product. I mean it said on the box "GET REPS OUT OF NOWHERE!" and I thought "Yeah right.."
And then I tried it..
AND DAMN! The very first workout with Carnobolic I was doing T-Bar Rows for back. Normally I would get about 8 reps on 200lbs at the absolutely most. That wourkout (the very first workout on Carnobolic)
I did 235lbs! for 14 reps! (good reps with good form) I didn't believe it myself!
This truly works great for adding more reps on heavier weights! I will definitely buy this again as soon as possible!
Combine this with a good diet with a lot of protein and carbs and be prepeared to get blown away. It really is that good!
It might be individual on how good it works but for me, it worked like crazy!
