I has used this product for a while. It is hard to tell with a multi vitamin whether it is working or not. After a few month's I switched to another one and I could immediatly tell that I had more energy. What concerns me about this multi is that it never changed the color of my urine when I took it. Every other multi I have taken since has. Also the texture of this multi is nothing like others. I really don't know if it actually contains any vitamins honestly. I would not recommend this to anyone.

There has to be a reason why these are so cheap and I am of the belief that it is because they are worthless. The first thing I will say is that they do not look anything like other multivitamins, they are white and have a chalky feel to them. Also, unlike other multivitamins I have taken, they never seem to change the color of my urine. I think this indicates that something is wrong. Either they do not have what the label claims, or they are constructed in a way that does not let your body absorb it.

I would not recommend these to anyone based on my experience. I think AST is selling junk with this one. Spend the money and buy a decent multivitamin like NOW's Eco Green Multi or TwinLab's Daily One Caps.

This is a great multivitamin. Not the easiest pill to swallow but you take one pill twice a day and it works well. It also is perfect for people on a tight budget. I would reccomend Multi Pro 32X to anybody that wants a cheap and effective multivitamin.

Very solid multi here. This was the first 'real' mv ive taken, and i noticed a significant difference in energy and just my overall sense of well-being as compared to the regular old GNC mens multi i had always previously used. Good profile, and for a sports multi, the price is almost unbeatable. I believe I got a 50-day supply for less than $20 at BodyBuilding.com. Just FYI, it does contain iron if that's something you do not want in a multivitamin. One final thing, the suggested use is just one pill twice a day, which is nice if you don't want the hassle of gobbling handfuls of pills multiple times a day.

I picked up a bottle of this a while back any i believe its a great multi vitmin. People seem to compare it too Animal Pak or opti man howver its more on the lines of ON mult pak multi vitamins, as its just purely that a multi vitamin. It great value to and will last you ages. This is an essential product in my eyes. The fact that you take only two a day, one a.m. and one p.m., is really convienient.

I think this is a great MV, the only ones I like better are Animal Paks... Probably because the can looks cool. I use these off and on when I cant get Animal Paks on sale. They are solid vitamins and have not had any issues with feeling sick. I also eat alot thru out the day so that helps.

The first time I took it made me a bit queasy so I did some research and asked a friend of mine who is a doctor. She suggested taking just one a day and breaking it in half, one half in the morning and the other at night. I have a very balanced diet but I workout daily, most days twice. Breaking it in half is working great for me. I would suggest it for at least the first couple of weeks.
