Effectiveness -As far as getting bigger I really didn't see a major difference. But I could tell I got alot stronger of this ....I started out taking what the directions said 3, three times a day..and a buddy of mine told me u could up the dosage to five or six times a day and BOY u could tell a major difference ...I say u start to feel yourself getting stronger bout the end of the second week.....everyone is different. U may get size of this depending on your diet..I keep my calories kind of low...so who knows ...
