Hey everyone, I got this pwo at the clearance section at my local GNC. I got 2 tubs for 20 bucks but one of them expired the month after so i finished one tub and got like half way through the other and just threw it out.

price=6 you can only get this at GNC or on their site. either way youll be paying around 50 for this if your lucky. but i got it on clearance.

taste=7 is was ok. i had the grape flavor and it was a little tart and a little foamy.

mixability=8 its ok. except for a few granuels it mixes pretty well. again just foamy.

profile=10 ok everything hits home here. no prop blend. it has 7g of 3different types of creatine. a spit of beta alaine (disappointed) some cinnimon for insulin control. only 2g of luecine and 3g of glutimine. 3g of arginine and 1g of taurine. they also put 1.5g of Tyrosine and only 200mg of caffine. also 200mg of Tribulus terrastris and 50mg of red wine extract which is a nice touch.

energy=7 meh, its steady but not a lot of it.

pump=7 a slightly better pump than average but it doesnt last (go figure?)

now all that looks and sounds great. but i really didnt feel anything above average here. they have this micro layerd granuels that are supposed to have the same amount of all the above ingrediants in each granuel. so you get the same dose with out worrying about mixing or shaking. thats what sold me on it. but idk i just didnt see a difference outside the norm.

you have to watch out if you cycle t-boosters cause this contains tribulus. also the container comes PACKED. they pack this thing so tight that the scoop was a pain to put back after opening until you have used some of it.

an ok product for an outrageous price. i would only recommend this if you you get this on a great sale and if your in a cycle of t-boosting to give a push. but this is a sub par product that let me down a little.

first PWO i ever took reccomended to me by a worker at GNC. great focus the energy level wasnt a huge rise but sustained a good energy level

good preworkout besides the taste, but thats a small thing. The thing that is very appealing about this product is that becuase off the multi phase beads you get the same amount of caffeine, arginine, creatine, Beta Alanine, etc. in every scoop, so you get a great workout everytime

I have only been using this stuff for two weeks and i have really been seeing results. I dont feel more energized when on this but i def. can get more reps in now. I use this as my PWO and then i use AMP Mass XXX afterwards, and in these last two weeks ive been lifting really hard and i already have put on 5lbs muscle, and i know its muscle because i have been looking more ripped too.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and am not finding great results. I found my energy levels dropped dramatically and did not get any test boost with this product. Muscles were still sore from previous workouts and I followed intake time etc. I wanted to try this out to try something different and found myself fatigued with no energy. In fact, I just stopped taking for the past 2 days and my muscles feel a lot better. I have tried other products in the past and they worked a lot better (superpump, celltech, SizeOn etc. Good notes: Grape tastes good, mixes well and not very expensive but I will not be buying this product again.

I thought this was a different NO product compared to others that I tried. I had a great pump in the gym, energy wasn't as good as others, but I felt stronger and fuller during my workouts. It even has a little test booster in the makeup. I would recommend, to others to get away from those jitter NO proudcts.

The first time I took it, I was pumping like an animal. Didn't get tired, no muscle fatigue. Better than NANO VAPOR, better taste, also is not a powder. I highly recommend this product.

The taste of it was ok, not bad as I thought it would be. I have tried Superpump 250, NO Explode, naNO Vapor and this was the best by far. I would recommend it to anyone
