This is a very cheap supplement i got it around 20 it came with a ton of servings. This is non flavored so it mixes with any protein or pre- workout. The only downside of the mixing is it is very grainy and ends up in the bottom of your drink. I did not feel any amazing results with this just maybe less fatigueness. I would not buy this again after trying many good creatine products. This product is great for beginners and anyone looking to build muscle.
