i love alri product anyhow but started taking this to get better sleep after night workouts in general, if you put it up against pharmacy stuff sure its going to be inferior, but as far as otc this stuff is the very top, also pharmacy stuff has sides and usually makes you fat, we dont need that

Well first off I'm a huge fan of ALR industries, all their products I've tried truly do work. I decided to buy Comtose because I have been battling to sleep for the past few months and I do suffer with aniexty. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks and here's my review of it:

Taste: N/A, its not in powder form. And really smell is not taste so I'm not one to complain about petty.

Side effects: None. Besides hardcore and at times freaky dreams, but its better to dream about something crazy then to not dream at all!

Taken:1 tablet after my dinner, approximately 2 hours before my last meal(a slow release protein and 1 serving chain'd out)

Effectiveness(10) Comatose does what it claims to do. It relaxes me Thoroughly, helps me keep stress free, improves my sleep, makes me wake up with a lot of energy, compared to when I didn't take any sleep enchancers. And it makes me look forward to sleeping, and knocks me out instantly, more rest= more growth.

Value(6) for a miniture bottle of comatose I payed more or less $80, but that's just because I live in South Africa, all international supplements are somewhat over priced!

Overall(10) the most satisying relaxtion/sleeping aid supplement on the market. Its a must have for all bodybuilders, for a nice deep restful sleep as I said earlier in my review more sleep=more growth, and be prepared for the next day ahead! And for those who have sleeping difficulties! Another great product by ALR industries!

I have tried this supplement to help me sleep because some times i have insomnia.Not so often though.The price is really high for a 30 tablet supplement.The name also is not the best option.To be honest i kept this bottle in my locker for months before i used because i was afraid of side effects.I didn't feel comfortable thinking something bad would happen during the night!My fears was wrong though.

This supplement was not so strong and didn't feel much effect of it.After 30-60 minutes of swallowing one tablet i just a little drowsy and fell to bed.Not a knock out effect though.Very mild.Never tried 2 tabs at once.

The tabs has the worst smell i have ever smell in a supplement.They stink really bad.It is like the tablets are expired but they are not and were stored in good conditions,at least after my purchase.So i don't know what is wrong.Also the colour is silver!I don't understand why some companies keep dying their supplements so bad.There is no reason to paint a pill.It is only bad for health.

In conclusion the quality and contents of the pills are Questionable.This company doesn't look reliable and will not buy again anything from them.

i got a free sample so i took it cuz i couldnt sleep it did help knock me out and it gave me weird stupid dreams i had like 5 different dreams that night some were kinda scary and one was like an action movie it was a crazy night. i got like 11 hours of sleep that day so :) .
