Recommended Ok, I switched up the Xtend for this BCAA b/c i wanted to try something new. This product has apple peel extract which has been shown to build muscle. How much is in here? Not sure. How much extract is needed to see beneficial effects? I can't remember. The taste I like. I do not recover as fast on this as with Xtend. For $30 I feel like its a decent deal. Oh i should mention it may be as effect as Xtend but as I've been losing weight by restricting carbs I haven't been more sore for longer periods. But when I dont take these or any other BCAAs, well, dang, i'm sore like the next day and the next and the next. On this its like a day or two.

Cons:
  • Apple Tastes Great
  • Builds Muscle
  • Name Brand
  • Improves Fatigue
  • Mixes Easily
  • Tastyness

Recommended Before I bought my first bottle, I bought a single serving of this stuff and I loved it! So when I found out it was for sale I instantly bought it!

Side-effects:none

Effectiveness:(10) I have tried plain BCAA's(powder form and tablet) but it doesn't come close to chain'd out! It tastes great, it increased lean MASS and aided me in recovery and so too endurance! I have 3 daily servings. 1 first thing in the morning, 1 intra/during my workout and 1 before I sleep!

Value:(6) It only has 60 servings, which means 3 weeks of bliss for me. I would use more like 1 scoop in the morning, preworkout, intra/during workout, postworkout and before bed but its too pricey for that!

Overall:(10)The best BCAA formula out there. Suggested to all, amino acids are vital and chain'd out went all out on providing them in a tasty yet super effective way!
Pros:
Cons:
  • Tastyness
  • Recovery
  • Builds Muscle
  • Kinda Pricey

Recommended I bought this product because it contained BCAA's and L-Theanine. I was previously adding L-Theanine to my post workout shake to help manage cortisol. With Chain'd out containing this and another cortisol inhibitor, I figured I give it a go. It contains 7g of BCAA malates at a 2:1:1 ratio per scoop. (3.5g leucine, 1.75g isoleucine, 1.75g valine) These are in malate form to help with absorption. The cortisol buffering compounds include L-Theanine and Rhodiola Rosea extract. I was taking 2 scoops intra workout and 1 scoop post with Dark Matter. Definitely helped with fatigue and recovery. Wouldn't say that it was any better in regards to recovery than MBCAA's or Body Mortar. The added cortisol inhibitors would put it in a class of its own though. It also contains Dong Chong Xia Cao(cordyceps), which is supposed to help with body strength and immunity, along with alanine and apple peel extract. I had the blue raspberry flavor and it was by far the best tasting BCAA product I've ever had. Mixed up great as well. The only problem is the price. It's rather expensive for a BCAA supplement. I payed about $45 for a 60serving tub. Expensive compared to other BCAA products. I would buy this product again and recommend it to anyone who takes BCAA's.

Maybe Recommended Just starting my 2nd bottle. Appletini tastes absolutely amazing! This is my first line of BCAA supps. I took this because of reading how Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are great in improving anti-catabolic effects and fight fatigue and boost immune system. I take one scoop and drink it with water during the morning. Mixes very easily. I don't think BCAA supps give me large noticeable gains, if money was tight BCAAs would probably be the first supp I'd cut out of my diet. That being said I feel C.O. has slightly improved my fatigue levels but doesn't compare to creatine. Im taking Chain'out and Creatine Mono currently and I feel new energy when I work out. If your into BCAAs I would look into Chain'd Out. It improves absorption by the Malate chained to the Amino Acids I stated above. Also you have 60 great servings/container.

Cons:
  • Improves Fatigue

Rather than early in the morning, take it pre and post workout. I'm sure you'll notice better gains.

Recommended Great Branch Chain Product... We all know that BCAAs are a great Muscle Builder/maintainer, and this stuff tastes great and mixes very well. I even mix it with powdered glutamine and it masks that taste as well.
