On eof th ebest tasting protien powders I have ever used (chocolate). Pretty good value too, not too expensive- its right around $40 just like alot of other 5lb tubs. Protien powders are hard to judge as far as effectiveness but its a mix of isolate and concentrate (doesnt say the exact ratio) which is good and again the taste is pretty damn good. Im trying Optimum Nutrition for my next tub so Ill review once om done with that if there is any noticable difference.
