This is probably my 6th different pre-work out to take and i would say it runs somewhere in the middle of the pack.
Quick energy.
Couple hours of focus
Gas at the beginning of tub but wore off after a week or so
Increased sweating
Never experienced a crash or any emotional problems.

Taste 7/10

I ordered the orange flavor and it wasnt too bad. Mixed pretty well. No lingering after taste.

Energy 6/10

Energy came on pretty strong in the first half of the tub then wore off. Started taking 2 scoops then went to 3 towards the end of the tub.

Value 7/10

I paid about 20 bucks for a tub on sale. Did about what you would expect from a $20 tub of pwo. Probably wouldnt pay any more than that if you want to try it.

This isnt a upper level pwo. Wouldn't make this my first pwo to take and I wouldn't take this if I have been taking pwo's for a long time. If you are on your third or fourth pwo and you catch this on sale I'd give it a shot

Ok well first off, i would like to say that this product is offered by mind and muscle as well as LG Sciences. Those companies are awful. This pre workout supplement, will definately give you a desired pump ad also boost your energy levels, but i can honsetly say that afrter using 3/4 the tub i have experienced a horrible crash every time. therefore i have discontinued the product. after workouts i felt like just sitting alone, doing nothing and saying nothin. this prodct will NOT give you veins all throughout your arms, that is completely untrue. this product was highly overrated by its makers and is absolutely awful. Unless of course your looking for a huge boost and then a huge crahs 45 minutes later. not to mention tingeling and spaceiness all around my body. the taste is not very good either and gave me a little bit of gas during my workout. im giving it a value of 0 because who wants to spend money on smething that makes them feel like crap.

Everyone knows I am or was a fan of this company for a long time.I'm slowly starting to dislike them. This will not effect my review on the PWO at all it will be honest and I will detail what i liked and disliked.

Mixability 5/10
This in my opinion was the 2nd worst part about this PWO. AMS thought it would be a great idea to make it carbonated like mountain dew or something, horrible idea!Every time that I would mix the contents i would lose half of it on myself and my kitchen floor, I felt like I was in 8th chemistry again.

Taste 4.5/10
This was the worst part for me. As of right now they only offer fruit punch and have not mastered it bt any means. the taste was very chemical like and if it touched your lips they would feel like they were burning.I haven't seen if they were going to come out with any other flavors in the near future.

Content 7/10
The ingredients that pump fixx contains are the same as many other PWO's on the market today minus 1,3 that people do sometimes complain about. I felt that they use prop blend to hide the fact that they don't use as much beta-alanine as they do caffine and taurine.

Value 6/10
Just because a product has a great price does not mean it has great value. I gave this a 6/10 for the reason it was much better then slamming back a redbull and a caffine pill. The price was very fair at 21.95 for a 20-25 work out tub.

Summery
I think that the AMS name is falling short compared to others that are out there now. I don't plan on using this product again but maybe would recommend it to someone just starting out in the PWO's since it wasn't as PowerFULL as a jack3d or a 1m.r.
