arom x has to be taken 8 hours apart so I would do a dose early am… Vapor xt has 200mg of caffeine so assess your tolerance. Start off with 1 cap and go from there. Nocturnabol I would take on an empty stomach myabe 1 hour before bed. GL bro...	ruabeyo Reputation: +425
