
My sister picked this up one day much to my dismay. I figured I'd give it a chance though to see if it could be effective. Verdict...absolutely not. Used for about 1.5 weeks. Was doing 6 sets of 100 daily and felt nothing. Oblique dumbell raises must be 20x more effective than this. Don't waste your money.
